Vincent Nair is the Executive Chairman, co-owner and Global CEO of SMARTECH Business Systems, a leading technology provider in communications, e-commerce solutions, digital print, mailing technology across Asia Pacific. Under his leadership, SMARTECH earnings have grown 900% in the past eight years with a market value of > AUD$350m and a company which has over 22,000 B2B clients globally. Vincent has more than 25 years in global senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 and multinational companies, including HP, Unisys, WIPRO Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent and Fuji Xerox. Vincent brings vast expertise in digital transformation and operational excellence. He is known for being able to work alongside every level in the organisation, promoting accountability and enabling high-performance teams. A strong supporter of wellness and matchfit leadership, Vincent prioritises the integration of mental and physical fitness into corporate life. Under his guidance, SMARTECH has also developed key partnerships in sport, including becoming the naming-rights sponsor of the men’s and women’s Super Rugby competitions in 2025. Vincent’s leadership is grounded in loyalty, discipline and continuous improvement, driving SMARTECH’s expansion across the region. Vincent has an MBA, an LL.M and a degree in Computer Science.
