Tom Vicars leads Procurement at The Arnott’s Group, overseeing AUD$1 billion in spend across our operations. He has responsibility for all spend across the business, covering both our Meals and Snacking divisions. Tom leads a team spread across our major operational hubs of Australia, Indonesia, and Malaysia to enable this. With 29 years at Arnott's, Tom has held senior roles in Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Operations, and Sales, including the leadership of our New Zealand business and customer team leadership across both of our largest customers - Woolworths and Coles. Tom is currently delivering a transformation of our Procurement to a category-centric model, supported by a technology-enabled Centre of Excellence; driving strategic partnerships, best value, and a more sustainable supply chain across our more than 3,000 suppliers. Tom holds an MBA and Master of Marketing Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Manufacturing Management from University of Technology Sydney.
