Stephen is a published author writing about the late 17th Century, and uniquely takes a follow the money approach to history, using Procurement & Finance records to understand what really happened, not what we thought may have happened.
To pay the bills, Stephen works in the Procurement software sector having sat on all sides of the fence, as a solution vendor, a buyer in the UK Government, and as a supplier. This gives him a strange appreciation of the real world. When coupled with his pragmatic and historical mind anything is possible, nothing is totally new.
