MAIN CONFERENCE DAY 2 – 20 May 2026, Wednesday

2:45 PM Innovation Spotlight: Beyond the questionnaire: How trust drives 90% supplier engagement

Beyond the Questionnaire explores why traditional supplier engagement on complex issues has failed—relying on punitive, compliance‑driven approaches that erode trust, distort responses, and ultimately fall short of what buyers actually need. This session shows how a fresh, trust‑based model is transforming supplier engagement, replacing box‑ticking with partnership and turning adversarial processes into collaborative outcomes.
