Ezelle van der Zwan is an accomplished senior procurement leader with over a decade of experience driving commercial excellence and operational efficiency across the healthcare and services sectors. As Group Procurement Manager at GenesisCare – one of Australia’s leading private cancer care providers – Ezelle oversees strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier partnerships that support GenesisCare’s purpose to achieve the best possible life outcomes for more than 35,000 patients each year.

Ezelle’s expertise spans category management, property lease and facility management, and project delivery. She is recognised for her ability to lead complex change programs, implement robust governance frameworks, and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Her approach is grounded in continuous improvement, ensuring cost efficiency and sustainable value while enhancing the end-user experience.

Prior to joining GenesisCare in 2022, Ezelle held senior roles at Whiddon and Joy Global Inc., where she managed large-scale procurement portfolios and led multidisciplinary teams through significant transformation initiatives. She holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Change Management from Milpark Business School, as well as advanced qualifications in business management and procurement (CIPS Level 4).
