Anu is a seasoned procurement executive with extensive experience in leading procurement operations, strategy and transformation for public and private sector organisations across APAC, Europe and ANZ.

She has influenced over $2BN AUD spend for both direct and indirect procurement categories with a proven track record of achieving stretch financial targets and reforming procurement from a tactical to a strategic contributor aligned with the organisation’s vision and objectives.  Her accomplishments are nurtured by a strong sense of purpose, commitment to the highest ethical standards and values, fostering genuine relationships and continuous personal development. She enjoys leading through transformation, formulating strategies, and establishing high-performing teams.

Anu holds an MBA, MCIPS and has more than15 years of management experience in aerospace, management consulting, healthcare, financial services, and public services.

In her current role as the Chief Procurement Officer, Thales Australia, she has a keen focus on sustainable value creation, innovation, business partnering, Supplier relationship and risk management, AIC development and operational excellence to drive competitive advantage.
