As Managing Director for APAC at Green Cabbage, Adrian leads the firm's regional expansion, working with enterprise clients to deliver detailed procurement intelligence that enables significant cost savings and performance improvements. Prior to Green Cabbage, Adrian served as Executive Director for Asia at ArcBlue (now Proxima), Bain & Company's specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy. In this role, he led multi-country consulting teams across the region, supporting organisations to build procurement capability, resilience, and long-term value. Adrian's career spans senior roles within Tier 1 global enterprises, including Microsoft and Cathay Pacific Airways, complemented by extensive APAC-focused consulting experience with Bain & Company's expert brand.
